Make a purchase
The order on shop.pavlova.ee is not valid until it is confirmed. Pavlova.ee accepts the order, delivers the order or provides the service only if the invoice has been paid in full. Although it is common practice to confirm an order by e-mail, a check for payment of an invoice does not constitute acceptance of the order. If for any reason the invoice is not paid or is paid with incorrect data, the customer is fully responsible for all costs incurred to fulfill the given order and to compensate the damages incurred.
Return Policy
If you have any complaints or problems with our product, please take pictures and keep it (in the refrigerator), contact us within 24 hours after completing the order. All products will only be returned in exceptional circumstances and as a result of negotiations. Each case is reviewed individually and manually.
Prices and availability of all products and services are subject to change without notice. The availability of a product or service on a website does not guarantee its availability. We have the right, but we are not obliged, to sell our products indefinitely to any person, in any region. We also have the right to stop offering any service or product at any time.

Purchasing from our e-store is secure, your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties, it will only be used to fulfill orders.
All customer information of the Pavlova OÜ e-store is treated as confidential information. Encrypted data exchange (SSL) is used to ensure that communication between the store and banks is secure. Pavlova OÜ does not have access to this data exchange.
Credit card payments are processed in the credit card center, outside the kondiiter.ee website and securely.
